Who uses PressBoxIncite?
Athletic Director
The primary user at each school. Athletic Directors manage their school's schedule, enter game results, view standings, and collaborate with other ADs in the collective.
Collective Coordinator
The organizer who creates and manages the collective. Coordinators add schools, configure sports and seasons, build schedules, and oversee the entire collective operation.
Conference Commissioner
The governing authority for a conference structure. Commissioners manage governance tools, run championship brackets, set conference identity, and oversee multi-school competition.
Division Admin
Manages a subset of schools within a conference that uses divisions. Division Admins handle division-level standings, scheduling, and playoff seeding for their assigned division.
