What the Collaboration Hub Is

The Collaboration Hub is the communication center of PressBoxIncite. It gives Athletic Directors, Coordinators, and Commissioners a single place to share updates, prepare for meetings, and coordinate across schools without relying on email chains, group texts, or external messaging apps.

Everything in the Collaboration Hub is tied to your collective, which means the conversation stays focused on the schools and people who matter. Posts, announcements, and meeting prep data are all visible to the relevant users based on their role and access level.

How to Post an Update to the Collective

1
Open the Collaboration Hub
Navigate to Collaboration Hub from the main navigation. You will see the collective feed showing recent posts and announcements.

Create a New Post
Click the Create Post button at the top of the feed. Enter your message in the text field — this can be a general update, an announcement about schedule changes, a reminder about upcoming deadlines, or any information relevant to the collective.

3
Submit the Post
Click Submit to publish. The post becomes visible to all Athletic Directors and admins in the collective immediately. Posts are displayed in reverse chronological order, so the most recent updates appear first.
Note: Only the post author or a Coordinator/Commissioner can edit or delete a post after it has been published.

How to Prepare for a Collective Meeting Using Live Data

Instead of manually compiling spreadsheets before each AD meeting, PressBoxIncite automatically generates a meeting summary with live data from your collective.

How to Use the Meeting Prep View

1
Open Meeting Prep
Go to Collaboration Hub and click Meeting Prep in the secondary navigation. The view loads automatically with the latest data from your collective.

2
Review the Three Sections
The meeting prep view is organized into three sections: a standings summary showing each sport's current rankings, an upcoming schedule section listing all games in the next 14 days, and a recent results section showing the last 10 completed games with their scores.

Export or Print
You can print the meeting prep view directly from the browser or export it as a PDF using the Export button. This makes it easy to distribute to attendees who prefer a paper copy.
Tip: The data in the meeting prep view is read-only and refreshes every time you open it, so it always reflects the current state of the collective.

1
Open Messages
Navigate to the Collaboration Hub and click Messages in the secondary navigation.

2
Start or Continue a Conversation
Select a user from the directory to start a new conversation, or open an existing conversation thread. Messages are private between the two participants.

3
Send Your Message
Type your message and click Send. Messages are useful for coordinating on game logistics, discussing schedule conflicts, or following up on meeting action items without cluttering the main collective feed. Message history is preserved and searchable.
